Returns/Refunds:-If you are not entirely
satisfied with your purchase then we offer a 14 days return policy. Please contact us by email or phone to advise you are returning the item and we will then provide you with instructions for return. Postage must be paid by the customer. Provided your item is returned in perfect condition we will then refund (minus postage) as soon as possible.
Cancellations:- If you wish to cancel your order then please contact us within 2 days of purchase. If the item has been dispatched you must return it to us at your own cost. Original postage charges will not be refunded.
Out of Stock Items:- Every effort is made to ensure that stock availability is updated. However, if you order an item that is temporarily out of stock we will email you to see if you wish to wait for the item or cancel your order.
Faulty Goods:- In the unfortunate event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged then please email us and return the goods within 7 days so that we can deal with it accordingly. This will either be dealt with as a refund or an exchange and in these circumstances a full refund of postage will be given.
